An early Victorian period walnut pedestal dining table of great colour and character, circa 1840.
The top does not have the tilt top action anymore, the top is fixed.
A beautifully carved and turned tripod base with scroll carved feet made this a very attractive table.
Very useful , very characterful as well as of very appealing dimensions
N.B. there is a natural shrinkage split where the two halves of the top meet, see image.
